Duct & Circular Attenuator Silencers

Circular Silencers (Duct Attenuators) Podded or Un-Podded

Our Duct Attenuators range from an inside size of 100mm to 1000mm in diameter and are manufactured with 50mm to 100mm walls filled with En 13501 fire rated class A1 non-combustible Rockwool infill and as standard are faced with a glass fibre fabric as a protection against erosion through air flows of up to 20 m/s with the added benefit of inert to fungal and bacterial growth used for the absorption of your required noise specifications. Generally, these are supplied with spun pre galvanised ends and a spigot piece attached for easy installation to your ducts. The Duct Attenuators are made from pre galvanised steel and ex perf inner skin as standard but can be adapted to your needs. Constructed using a screwed or riveted method with a scrim cloth lining and can be supplied with a pod to help achieve maximum efficiency.

Circular Silencers (fan silencers) Podded or Un-Podded

Our Circular Silencers range from a 100mm inside diameter to 2000mm with either spun pre galvanised ends or fabricated flat bar rings for the larger sizes (1000mm and above). The fabricated ends can also be used for non-standard diameters and Rockwool wall sizes which are filled with En 13501 fire rated class A1 non-combustible Rockwool infill, and as standard are faced with a glass fibre fabric as a protection against erosion through air flows of up to 20 m/s with the added benefit of inert to fungal and bacterial growth this is used for the absorption of your required noise specifications. Our Circular Silencers come with a pre threaded fittings for various PCDs and bolt sizes from m6-m20. The Silencers can be made using our screwed or riveted construction and can be of fully welded construction, with a range of skin thicknesses and lining to suit your required specifications; these can also be supplied with a pod to help achieve maximum efficiency.
